These devices are suitable for the hydrostatic test of all kinds of high-pressure gas cylinders by external measurement, and the whole set of operation tests such as empty cylinder weighing, water injection,exhaust,full cylinder weighing and hydrostatic test are carried out for the gas cylinders by the industrial computer.
Through the test,the volume residual deformation rate of the gas cylinder can be accurately measured to ensure the safe use of the gas cylinder.
The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T9521 cylinder hydrostatic test method.
It is applicable to the design and manufacture of gas cylinders with nominal working pressure of 16-25 Mpa and nominal volume of 30-200 litters.
It can meet the requirements of regular inspection of compressed natural gas cylinders and steel cylinders of different types and specifications.

The hydrostatic testing machine is mainly used for pressure test of the tested cylinder and obtaining the volume residual deformation rate of the tested cylinder, which is controlled by computer.
Place the test bottle in a special water jacket, pressurize the test bottle with a high-pressure pump, automatically enter the pressure maintaining state after reaching the set pressure, and conduct pressure test on the test bottle.
At the same time,the volume of the cylinder expands under the test pressure, squeezing part of the water in the water jacket into the measuring cup, which is the volume deformation of the test bottle The water quantity collection system is transmitted to the industrial control computer.
After the cylinder is depressurized, the elastic deformation disappears, so the water in the measuring cup returns to the water jacket.
The unreturned water quantity is the volume residual deformation of the tested cylinder, which is transmitted to the industrial control computer through the water quantity collection system.
The percentage of the volume residual deformation and the total deformation is the volume residual deformation rate of the cylinder.


The whole equipment consists of four parts: hoisting equipment, weighing equipment, cylinder hydrostatic test bench and test water jacket.
The gas cylinder is sent to the weighing area, lifted to weigh the empty bottle, and the data is transmitted to the computer.
The test parameters are set by the industrial computer, the pressure of the system and the weight of the gas cylinder are detected by the sensor, and then enter the industrial computer through the data acquisition card.


The whole test process can be controlled by the industrial computer:
The water jacket water replenishment - Exhaust - water replenishment and exhaust of the measuring cup pipeline - pressurization - pressure maintaining leakage test - pressurization - pressure maintaining - pressure relief - data storage.

1. The external test method can be used to carry out the hydraulic test on the gas cylinder and measure the volume residual deformation rate of the gas cylinder at the same time.
Gas liquid pressurization is adopted for external measurement of gas cylinder, and stainless steel material is adopted for liquid receiving part.
A variety of different types of water jackets, to meet the requirements of a variety of test specifications.

LabVIEW software is used to record the corresponding test pressure and residual deformation.
In the whole pressure test, the industrial control computer collected the test water level, the highest water level, the highest pressure and the end water level. Through the calculation of the upper computer, the total deformation value, the residual deformation value and the residual deformation rate of the gas cylinder can be obtained.
The industrial computer collects the data of load cell, which can display the residual deformation accurately.

The industrial computer sets the parameters, the booster pump automatically starts to pressurize the gas cylinder, pressurizes to the nominal pressure to maintain the pressure and leak test, the booster pump automatically pressurizes without leakage, reaches the test pressure to maintain the pressure automatically, automatically unloads after the pressure is maintained, automatically calculates and displays the residual deformation and deformation rate, automatically stores the test results, and optionally prints the test report; print the content package including test items, working pressure, test time, gas cylinder factory number, model, test number and inspector, etc


3. The system automatically saves all the pressure, deformation data, deformation time curve, pressure time curve and deformation pressure curve in the hydraulic test period.
All the historical data in the test can be checked.


4. The pressure test bench is equipped with a manual operation button.
If the computer control fails, it can be tested manually.
In case of emergency stop of the equipment, the sample and internal pressure of the equipment can be manually released.


5. The maximum design working pressure of the test device is 40MPa, and the actual test pressure control accuracy is not less than 10psi.
The equipment mainly tests the residual deformation and deformation of the gas cylinder under the pressure, which is the necessary testing equipment for the testing mechanism.
