II. Performance Advantages
This product is an integrated equipment for metering civil LPG storage tank (household gas tank). The main equipment adopts integrated skid design, including LPG storage tank, process piping, hydrocarbon pump, LPG filling scale and control carbinet. It has the unloading function for LPG tanker with pump, unloading function for LPG storage tank skid with pump, filling function for LPG cylinder in car, bottling function for civil LPG cylinder, loading function for LPG tanker, function of safe reflux, etc.

Solution A
For the LPG filling skid which capacity is 20m³ and below 20m³ and only basic functions are required, CIMC Hongtu provides a solution that enables the LPG filling skid loaded into container and then transported. Such solution can help customers save cost in freight and meanwhile both basic function and safety reliability of the LPG filling skid are guaranteed.
Solution B
For the LPG filling skid which capacity is 20m³ and below 20m³ and only basic functions are required, CIMC Hongtu provides a solution that enables the LPG filling skid loaded into container and then transported. Such solution can help customers save cost in freight and meanwhile both basic function and safety reliability of the LPG filling skid are guaranteed.
Solution B
For the LPG filling skid which capacity is higher than 20m³ or more functions are required, bulk vessel will be adopted to transport the LPG filling skid. Comparing with the solution A, although freight cost is increased for solution B, adding of more functions can bring economic benifits to customers, such as loading LPG from tankers into the storage tank of LPG filling skid, remote transmission of signals, larger capacity, etc.
